• What's the point of developing a campaign or material?
• Exposing material and facilitating search for it
• Stating intention
• To educate and provide/identify educational material for ethical citizen journalism.
• Creative Commons connections? What are people already using? How activists are tagging? Best practices about appropriate use and attribution.
• Talking to Google and Google about their upload forms. They are only tagging "Explicit". There is a "Citizen Journalism" category in Google Video.
• How to qualify material?

Witness is checking the human rights records behind the videos they use. Samir will email Bryan to ask for the witness work to be shared. What is the workflow of checking for appropriate use? What sort of information is accumulated in the metadata?
