We are looking for:
- relevant videos to list, need to get ifiwatchnet animators encouraging members to use the service
- people (esp. ifiwatchers and their media colleagues) to upload new relevant videos as they become available
- clean and IFI relevant video RSS and Atom feeds to suck, it would be helful to have standardised information on how to create effective simple searches that suck info on lots of IFIs from each source. or a search tool that goes across various sites....
At present the 'add feed' url field is not big enough to host RSS from a search of google video eg http://video.google.co.uk/videofeed?type=search&q=asian%2Bdevelopment%2Bbank&so=0&num=20&output=rss

what video publishing sites need to create in terms of feed and
a list of sites to encourage to create good clean suckable search-based feeds
calendar feeds using ical
Outlets for the IFIwatch.TV Media Feeds
that can now be generated from searches of ifiwatch.tv database. see for example the Step_by_Step_Guide_to_Using_Feeds_from_IFIWatch.TV
Ekes is working on Drupal aggregation functions, see Ifiwatch.tv/drupal/Outgoing_feeds, and ifiwatchnet.org is now sucking and displaying video feeds from ifiwatch.tv. This needs some tweaking, but the proof is there that it works : )
Other CMSs will need work to be able to aggregate feed items meaningfully/searchably.
(Meanwhile it should be possible to tweak some of them to display the video feed, using javascript)
- NGO-Forum on the ADB are HOPING TO HAVE an ifiwatchnet page for the annual meetings
paulina novo suggested zoe write to her and to the people in manila to explain the situation and potential hemantha at forum-adb.org, romil at forum-adb.org, red_constantino at skydsl.com.ph, pnovo at forum-adb.org. paulina doesn't have time to create the page herself, so any help that we and item can give will be appreciated.
- karen suggested we work with better aid run from eurodad. zoe is trying to find out how easy it is to feature media feeds in wordpress. Jay Dedman from Showinabox suggests http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/feedlist/

- bankwatch and BWP, 28th march zoe wrote to Honza Malik at econnect (honza.malik at ecn.cz) to ask about creating a new slice for actionaps to display video feed items. david Hoffman at Bakwatch is chasing this up, april 23rd. Otherwise Peter Chowla can probably do this in May. david reports (23/4/8) that 'bankwatch programmer will work on this, he's first finishing a new drupal site for one of our member groups and then some tweaks to the bankwatch site. he needs to get some things sorted with econnect and i also put him contact with kester, so hopefully this'll get rolling
meanwhile on the counter balance site, we're trying first for it to take baby steps forward to actually get it running, so not sure when we'll be thinking of importing feeds'
- BIC need some extra resources for the job and as of 28th march, are consulting their techie about what can be done when, ideally in tiem from spring meetings (12/3/8) contact is srabani. reminded april 23rd. zoe will visit BIC for meetings may 20th.
- new Counterbalance website will use Elxis CMS, David H will report on sucking capacities week of 31st march
