- 10am - 11am | Finish production install, then Skinning + Templating instruction | Tech ppl
- 11am - 1pm | Skinning + Templating play and setup | Tech ppl
- 10am - 1pm | Compressing and preparing materials | Content ppl
- 1pm - 2pm | Lunch
- 2pm - 4pm | Site use and admin | Everyone
- 4pm - 4:30 | Break
- 4:30 - 6pm | Metadata, Licensing, Strategies etc, start uploading content if time | Everyone

- 10am - 1pm | Adding content
