i have very partial notes on this section for some reason if anyone else can add from their log, or otherwise improve this, would be much appreciated ta

[09:37] zoeyoung: there are fansubs databases, mainly for hollywood stuff can't use these because need to control the database
[09:37] zoeyoung: archive.org might be happy to work with ntx
[09:38] zoeyoung: currently their system allows poresentation of the title file, but not to installl it on player

zoeyoung: quick note on subtitlehorse

[11:55] zoeyoung: and they will facilitate offline subtitle making too
